Perfect storage conditions:
We store our wine in a specially equipped room with ideal conditions for long-term storage: controlled temperature of 12-14 degrees Celsius and constant humidity of 60-70%.
This allows us to be confident that the wine will mature without risks of temperature fluctuations and the cork will remain in optimal condition throughout the entire storage period.
Security:
Modern alarm system under the control of a specialized service. Armored doors. Access exclusively via electronic keys, every entry-exit is recorded. If you rent an entire cell, you are issued a personalized access key. 24/7 video surveillance.
Peaceful life for the wine:
If you buy wine in our enoteca, it means the wine is already there and until the moment it is sent to you, no one will disturb it. Any unnecessary movements of the wine in space can adversely affect its quality later. Our scrupulousness allows you to be confident that your wine will be preserved in ideal conditions. The only risks we cannot avoid are the appearance of “cork” disease, which, unfortunately, still sometimes occurs in winemaking even among reputable producers, as well as the risk that the wine in this particular bottle already had a defect at the production stage. These are risks that no one in the world can influence yet. From all other risks, we will protect your wine.
Storage of wine purchased by you independently:
If you decide to buy wine yourself and place it in our cellar, we will gladly organize the acceptance and storage of your wine. To do this, it is enough to book space for a certain number of bottles or rent an entire cell.
Standard cell size:
Our standard cell holds 24 standard wine boxes, which is 144 standard bottles of wine. Without packaging, the cell can hold approximately 15% more bottles of wine.
Book storage:
You can entrust us with the storage of a single bottle as well as your entire collection.
The cost of storage is determined by the volume and duration of wine placement, with a minimum term of one year.
Transportation of wine to the cellar and its subsequent return are not included in the storage cost and are calculated additionally.
